I found that the Interactive Logon title and text applied by Group Policy is now centered in Windows 11 with black color background while it is left-justified in Windows 10 with blue color background. They are sharing the same GPO. Any help?

Windows search is unable to find programs despite upgrade to windows 11 and multiple failed attempts to fix from suggestions by others.
