Remarks
Typically, you should use the HotSpot.TrackViewState method to start tracking view-state changes for the HotSpot region.
The IStateManager.TrackViewState method is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when a HotSpot instance is cast to an IStateManager interface.
Notes to Inheritors
To define a custom implementation for tracking view state for a HotSpot object, override the TrackViewState() member. The explicit interface implementation calls the TrackViewState() method to initialize view-state tracking for the object.
