Raises the LoadCompleted event.

Parameters
A NavigationEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
OnLoadCompleted raises the LoadCompleted event.
A type that derives from Application may override OnLoadCompleted. The overridden method must call OnLoadCompleted in the base class if LoadCompleted needs to be raised.
