Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the control has a drop shadow.

Property Value
true
if the control has a drop shadow; otherwise, false
. The default is false
.

Remarks
When the ToolTip opens, the value is set to the value of SystemParameters.DropShadow. Setting this property to true
has no effect if the SystemParameters.DropShadow property is false
.
