The following code example demonstrates how to create a VisualStyleRenderer with the VisualStyleElement returned by the Normal property. To run this example, paste it into a Windows Form. Handle the form's Paint event and call the DrawVisualStyleElementExplorerBarSpecialGroupExpand1 method from the Paint event-handling method, passing e as PaintEventArgs.

Remarks

Each property of the VisualStyleElement.ExplorerBar.SpecialGroupExpand class gets a VisualStyleElement for a different state of the expand button of a special group of items in the Explorer Bar, such as the Music Tasks group in Windows Explorer.
