Provides class handling for the TouchUp routed event that occurs when a touch is released inside this element.

A TouchEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
The OnTouchUp method has no default implementation. Override OnTouchUp in a derived class to handle the TouchUp event. Be sure to call the base class' OnTouchUp method so that base classes receive the event.
