When implemented in a derived class, gets a value that reports whether the reader position is at end-of-file.

if the position is at the conceptual end-of-file of the XAML node stream; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
Subtree readers can call IsEof, with behavior that correctly reflects the bounds of the entered subtree. For more information, see the "Subtree Readers" section in XamlReader, or see ReadSubtree.
