Positions the iterator on the next preceding sibling node in the reverse document order.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

true
if the next preceding sibling node exists; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
If the next preceding node exists, the MoveNext method sets the Current property to the current result navigator; otherwise, the Current property remains unchanged.
