Is there any way to query ProtectionStatus(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/reference/tables/ProtectionStatus), via Azure Resource Graph Explorer?

No, this data is located in Log Analytics Workspace so you need to create it from the workspace.
