POSSIBLE BUG in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager version 2211: "One or more errors occurred result may be incomplete" Error when trying to import drivers

Hello everyone! I am experiencing something that is possibly a bug in Configuration Manager version 2211. What is happening is there is an error with the details here:

This happens when I try to import any kind of driver into Configuration Manager. I have tried to put the drivers into a different path on the system... same thing. I have went as far as to reinstall Configuration Manager... Same thing. I don't know if it something on my end or if it is a bug in version 2211, because I have setup the share permissions correctly I believe. I just want to know what is going on. Because I have tried to do some research if it is a confirmed bug. But I did not see anything at all.

    My SCCM version 2303 and SQL 2022. Still a fail. i fix it. Solution: set Compatibility level SQL SERVER 2019 (150).
