@Tinyo Papazov, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, there's no built-in setting in Intune to update the Microsoft store itself.

After doing more research, I find there's methods to do it manually. I think as a workaround, you can download the latest version on the device and test the PowerShell command, if the command can work well, you can deploy the command via PowerShell script in a bulk.
