Hi
When Microsoft referred that "Unlimited incoming minutes are included" does not say from where. Can someone outside of Switzerland get a Teams number? For instance someone from U.K. or Italy can get me in Switzerland ?
According to the Microsoft Teams Calling Plans article, with the Domestic Calling Plan, licensed users can call out to numbers located in the country/region where they’re assigned in Microsoft 365. Unlimited incoming minutes are included. This means that you can receive calls from any number, regardless of the country/region, as long as you have a valid Teams phone number assigned to you.
However, if you want to make outbound calls to numbers outside of Switzerland, you will need an International Calling Plan. This plan allows you to call out to numbers located in the country/region where your Microsoft 365 license is assigned to the user based on the user’s location, and to international numbers in 196 countries/regions.
If you have trouble receiving incoming calls from outside of Switzerland, you may want to check your call settings and make sure that you have enabled call forwarding and simultaneous ring options.
