Hello, @Alishba Malik ! The screenshots below as well as the quickstart should answer your question. I've also included a video link if you would like to see a full walkthrough of the process.

How do I create a virtual machine using the Azure Portal?

To create a virtual machine in the Azure Portal, you can follow the Windows VM quickstart:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/quick-create-portal

This guide will have you search for "Virtual machines" under services, then create a virtual machine be completing the wizard in the portal which is where you'll be asked for the VM username/password and your subscription (see screenshot below). If you would like a brief video walkthrough, Anders Jensen has created a 5 minute video that covers the process:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCiN37sjXuw

The process will look something like the screenshots below:

Search for "Virtual Machine" in the Portal:

Then create the virtual machine by completing the wizard:

The answer provided by Microsoft team is good to go but I am adding screenshot of page where I did found problem . The thing is I can't find page for entering VM details it shows I have no subscription but I am using this in learn sandbox environment. I have seen the tutorial too. I think its something wrong with subscription page.
hope it would helpful to understand.
