    @Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, currently, Intune has the report like App Install Status report provides a list of apps with versions and installation details.

    You can also check the discovered app which is a list of detected apps on the Intune under the device's Discovered Apps in the Monitor section.

    Or you can check the App installed via Intune under the device's managed Apps in the Monitor section.
