How to get all installed apps on devices report from Intune via GUI or any other way like PowerShell or Graph API?

That's totally hopeless way to run a report say on ALL your windows devices if you want to see the total apps and their details. It's bad enough that MS is trying to pivot away from SCCM, but Intune does not provide the level of out of the box reporting and intelligence tools that other MDM platforms provide OOB. Just hopeless... I should not have to run Graph or powershell command to run a quick graphical report for my managers. This is a common request in an enterprise environment and currently Intune reporting and analytics is very below the bar.

@Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, currently, Intune has the report like App Install Status report provides a list of apps with versions and installation details.
You can also check the discovered app which is a list of detected apps on the Intune under the device's Discovered Apps in the Monitor section.
Or you can check the App installed via Intune under the device's managed Apps in the Monitor section.

Microsoft have been promising better reporting for years for Intune, but it never happens - DO BETTER

The path you shared from Intune is more on a specific device and I get it but I was looking for a way for all the devices in Intune.
For example: I wanted to get report of all devices which are enrolled in Intune lets say 500 devices. which incudes all the apps.
