@Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In fact, the Company Portal app does not have the ability to change the default policy refresh intervals for devices managed by Intune. The default policy refresh intervals vary between platforms and are estimated to occur about every 8 hours. But users can manually check for policy or profile updates at any time by opening the Company Portal app and navigating to Devices > Check Status or Settings > Sync. or Sync under Accounts>Access work or school, the account> infp >Sync.
After researching, I find there's PowerShell script to do the sync. You can read it as a reference:
