Microsoft GDK download?

I have been running in circles trying to download and install Microsoft GDK. GetHub is confusing to say the least and Microsoft does not offer a direct download link that I can find. Any help in this endeavor would be greatly appreciated. Also, I did install Windows SDK as it is a prerequisite of GDK but it does not show up in Visual Studio's extensions/SDKs.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Please get the GDK from here: GDK - Releases(scroll down, expand the Assets and download the Source code).

    Follow the instructions here: Microsoft Game Development Kit (GDK) -General Info (Updated June 2021) to install it.

    Install. Run PGDK.EXE to launch the install wizard. If you have a previous version of the GDK you may need to uninstall that first.

    Besides, please kindly check documentations to set up your developer environment before you try to install GDK.
