Option to add a From email address is disable and custom domain does not show up in Try Email dropdown

I have set up Azure Communication Service and Email service with a custom domain. The custom domain has been verified. But Adding a new "From email" is disabled, only from the email address I see is "DoNotReply". In Communication services, when I do to "Try Email", I don't see the verified custom domain. The location for communication service and email service is the same "global". I can't find any perfect article on how to fix this.
