Locked out of Azure
Hi! I can't login into my Azure tenant. I think I made a mistake while trying to join the Partner network. I was getting error messages saying my user was an external one. I saw then a way to convert it into an internal one and did that. The problem is taht I can't login with my old user name and password (which is external to Microsoft) or my supposedly new user (which has somethng like companyname.onboard.microsoft.com as the domain). I can't even open a support ticket. I try to reset passwords and it says my users don't exist. I can login with my initial user but I get errors like the one below. I would appreciate any help. Or a way to contact Microsoft support.
