How can I add a second managed work account

Since April 16th I'm unable to open two work accounts in teams in IOS. The message received is the follow: "The apps on this devide are already managed. Only a single managed account is allowed on a device. Select the account you want to remove..."
I've been using since Decemeber two accounts with no problem in IOS. My teammates that use IOS are struggling with the same issue. The ones with Android are still being able to use two accounts.

How can I use both accounts? Why is not being possible in IOS but in Android there isn't any problem?

My device is an iphone 15 pro.

    Hi Carranza, Lihuén

Some policy is restricting iOS users to having only one managed account per device for security or management reasons.

Please try add second account like this

    1. Open the Teams app on your iPhone.
    2. Go to the menu (three dots in some cases).
    3. Tap on “Settings.”
    4. Select “Add account.”
    5. Enter the details for your second account.

@Carranza, Lihuén Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

Based on my research, this issue it appears to be random. Please try the following actions:

1.Update Teams to the newest version.

2.Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Network Settings. This will only reset the network connections on your phone. No other data will be touched with this.

If this issue still exists, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to do some check in the backend. Here is the support link:
