Issue: I need to disconnect and reconnect a connected Entra ID for my work but the disconnect is grayed out and it says to sign in as admin to change device management settings, how can we resolve this as I work remote and there is no admin login for the pc?

Below are the steps followed by @Jay M.
I was able to do this by creating a new local admin account. For some reason, our pc didn't have an admin account but I was able to make my account an admin level with the help of the admin account who setup the pc.
