- Test the redemption using a different browser.
- Perform a flush of the DNS cache.
- The error can occur if the user is not present in the cloud in the organization. If this is the case, you need to ensure that the user's identity is synchronized cloud.
- If the issue still occurs after trying these steps, you can try removing the user and re-inviting the user.
In your case though, it appears that the issue auto-resolved.
