Unable to upload to MS teams assignments (red box)

I'm tying to upload my sons home learning to MS teams assignment, however when I upload the required document it appears in the upload box, but with a red border / box around it and we can't proceed.

Some of the files are tiny so it's not a size issues.

Any thoughts?

    Hi, red border sounds that you are trying to share something in the screen... not uploading, could it be ? if it is msteams for Edu you can find info https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-and-organize-class-team-files-b4633d8b-614a-4168-9cb4-36cd03dea279#ID0EABAAA=Students

    Are there any error messages around the red box?

    Do you have any attachments in your uploaded files?

    What is your format of your uploaded file?

    Firstly, we recommend you try to login in Teams web client and upload the file again to see if this issue can be reproduced. If this issue still persists, we suspect that issue may be caused by SharePoint site permission. You may contact team owner, let him login SharePoint and check that site permission settings.
