Remote Desktop Connection

For the last couple of days, I have used this chat unsuccessfully and getting Remote  Desktop to function correctly. I am not trying to find fault in the technicians I talked to were very friendly and professional. I want to get this up and running. Please understand one thing. My frame on my is in a friendly state. I'm pleased that I have somebody trying to help me out with my issues at hand.

When you log onto my computer, you will see displayed precisely what I am trying to do. You'll be looking at a Windows -OneNote document. The document explains exactly what I am trying to accomplish. Basically, there are two things of concern.

  1. Log-In (poorly conceived and named)
  2. My laptop computer should be looking at my desktop computer. It is all spelled out in my OneNote document.
