I am looking for a search solution where a sentence/phrase can be searched in word/pdf documents and show/highlight the matching results with 100% match vs partial match %.

    Good day!

    Microsoft 365 and Office have advanced search capabilities that allow you to search for specific words or phrases within Word and PDF documents. To search for a specific phrase in Word, you can use the "Find" feature by pressing "Ctrl + F" on your keyboard. This will bring up a search box where you can enter the phrase you are looking for. To search for a specific phrase in a PDF document, you can use the "Find" feature by pressing "Ctrl + F" on your keyboard while the PDF document is open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. This will bring up a search box where you can enter the phrase you are looking for.

    Both Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader have the ability to show and highlight matching results with 100% match vs partial match %. When you search for a specific phrase, the search results will be displayed in the navigation pane in Word and in the search box in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The search results will be highlighted in the document, and you can click on each result to navigate to that specific location in the document.
