I paid for the annual subscription, but the monthly payment will be made again.

Does it cost money to use it on mobile?

I said I could use up to five devices.

    Hello Dong Seob Park: Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I am glad to help you with this question :)From your description, sorry to hear that you have experienced double payment issues.You are correct, for the monthly payment, it does not need cost this money to use on Mobile. If you have paid for the annual subscription, you could set up the account to 5 devices including PC, mobile or laptop.If you want to cancel the monthly subscription, you could follow the steps from below:Reference link: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions.
    3. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Your products.
    4. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
    5. On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select Cancel subscription.
    6. If you’re within the grace period during which you can cancel your subscription, select a reason for why you’re canceling, provide optional feedback, then select Cancel subscription.
    7. If you’re outside the grace period, you can only turn off recurring billing. In the Canceling your subscription pane, review the information about how canceling works for your subscription, then select edit the recurring billing settings.
    8. In the Edit recurring billing pane, select Off, then select Save.
