Hi @Jacquelyn Alvarez
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum
I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving your TikTok verification code. That must be frustrating when you're just trying to regain access to your account.
Here are few steps you may try to help resolve your issue:
1.Check Outlook Junk Email Folder
-TikTok emails are often flagged as spam by Outlook's filters. You may search for @tiktok.com in your inbox and spam folders.
-If you find a TikTok email in the Junk folder, right click the email > Report > Not junk
-Add TikTok to Safe Sender: Click the Gear icon to open Settings > Mail > Junk mail > Add tiktok.com as a safe sender. This ensures future emails from TikTok bypass spam filters and go directly to your Inbox.
2.Double-check your email address, make sure there aren't any typos or spaces.
3.Make sure your email inbox has enough available space to receive new messages.
If you’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps and you’re still not receiving verification emails, please contact TikTok support directly for further assistance.
I hope this helps.
