Hello @Rasim Alizade
Thank you for reaching to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. From your description it seems there's some issue with the refund and according to Microsoft refund policy:
- Refunds are for the purchaser, not the recipient. The recipient of a gifted game cannot get a refund. The refund must be requested by the person who bought the gift.
- Refund eligibility for gifts: A gifted game can be refunded by the buyer up to 14 days after the purchase, but only if the gift has not been redeemed by the recipient. Since you just bought it 4 days ago, you're within this timeframe.
- The refund button might not appear if the code was already viewed. The system might consider the gift "redeemed" in a way if your friend has already accessed the code, even if they couldn't successfully redeem it. This could be a reason you're not seeing the refund button in your purchase history.
Unfortunately, at the moment there is no official tool or method to view the region of an Xbox game code, the region is usually tied to the Microsoft/Xbox store that you purchased the game from.
Since the Refund button is missing, you can submit a refund request through Xbox Request a Refund for digital game
