Dear Microsoft team,

I need an urgent correction to my examination record. The name on my official ID is “Removed PII,” but the registered name for my exam should be “Removed PII.” This correction is required to proceed with reshulation. Please update my records within the next 4 hours to match the name on my ID.

Details:

ID: pan card / Driving license

Name on ID: Removed PII

Correct full name: Removed PII

Exam/Registration Reference: [Reference Number]

Phone/Email: Removed PII

I understand the time sensitivity and appreciate your immediate assistance. If you need any additional documents (e.g., a scanned copy of the ID or a government document showing the full name), please let me know and I will provide them promptly.

Best regards,

Removed PII
