Hello @Mohammed Salah al-Din Mahmoud Sabah

This is because Azure for Students restricts which regions you can deploy resources into.
Generally, you are restricted to five different regions, and these vary for each person.

To find out allowed regions for your subscription:

Please navigate to Azure Policy -- Authoring -- Assignments using link below:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Policy/PolicyMenuBlade/~/Assignments

Look for an assignment similar to "Allowed resource deployment regions" or "Allowed locations", or similar. Click on this assignment and then examine the Parameter value for list of regions.

These are the regions you are allowed to deploy resources to. Please try to create resources in one of these regions and let me know the results.

    Workarounds:

    • Use services available in allowed regions
    • Upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go
    • Contact support for help
