How do I see which PlayStation account is linked to my Microsoft account and vice versa?

Here are the most reliable methods to check the linkage: 

1. Check linkage on your PlayStation console (PSN to Microsoft) 
   • The most straightforward way to see the linked Microsoft account is through the PlayStation settings, especially for services like Minecraft where this linkage is common. 
   • On your PlayStation, go to Settings > Account management (or Users and Accounts on PS5). 
   • Select Account information (or Account on PS5) > Linked services or a similar option like Link with other services. 
   • This section should display the email address or gamertag of the Microsoft account currently linked to your PSN account (if a link exists). 
2. Check for confirmation emails (Microsoft to PSN) 
   • When accounts are initially linked, a confirmation email is typically sent to the email address associated with the Microsoft account. 
   • Check the inboxes (including spam/junk folders) of your Microsoft account email addresses for emails from Microsoft, Xbox, or PlayStation with subjects related to "account linking," "connection," or "sign-in." The email address that received the confirmation is the one linked.

Please be aware that for games like Minecraft, only one Microsoft account can ever be linked to a single PSN account, and in most cases, this linking is permanent.
