A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
If you are unable to access support or raise support requests, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check Your Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary security roles to access support requests. You must have one of the following roles: Billing Admin, Company Admin, Compliance Admin, or others listed in the prerequisites for accessing support.
- Verify Your Support Plan: Make sure you have an active support plan. Without an active plan, you can access self-help resources but not create support requests. Check if your subscription has expired or if there are issues with your Unified or Premier Support contract.
- Use the Right Portal: If you are trying to access support for Azure services, ensure you are using the Azure portal to create a support request. Navigate to the Help + support section and select Create a support request.
- Contact Support: If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out through alternative support channels available for your specific service or product. For example, you can use the Contact Us form for nonprofit-related inquiries or check the Microsoft community forums for assistance.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, you may need to contact your Incident Manager or Customer Success Account Manager for further assistance.
