Thanks for reaching out Microsoft Community. Transcripts can be delayed due to Microsoft server issues, sometimes up to 48 hours. They also require transcription to be enabled in Teams settings. Moving the recording from OneDrive or SharePoint can break the process, and unsupported languages or poor audio may stop it entirely. Stream (Classic) is being retired, so older setups may have bugs. The message you see usually means the process is stuck or delayed.
For now, check Microsoft 365 Service Health for outages https://status.cloud.microsoft/ , confirm transcription is enabled, and keep the file in its original location. If nothing changes, wait up to 48 hours. If it’s still missing, try re-uploading or use tools like Clipchamp or Azure Speech Service.
