Issue : My Main account email address is [Moderator note: Personal Infor removed]@gmail.com and one of the account under to it is for my Son who is under 18, so now I'm not able to login to my main account everytime I login its asking to complete the Parental Consent which I tried over 1000 times and still keep asking me to login and again same parental consent issue.

I tried to reachout to your support and they suggested me this to reach out Family Safety team to fix.

Please help me to remove my son's account (under 18 years) under [Moderator note: Personal Infor removed]@gmail.com or help me to login to my main account. else please help to reachout some over the phone.

I paid for the product but still re routing which really makes me irritating.

    Hello Kavitha Udayasankar,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I understand you’re stuck in a parental consent loop and cannot access your main account despite repeated attempts.

This issue usually occurs when the account is linked to a child account under 18 and the parental consent process hasn’t been fully completed or is not recognized by the system.

Please follow these steps to solve the problem:

    1. Verify Consent Completion
      • Sign in to the Microsoft Family Safety portal: https://family.microsoft.com.
      • Check if the child account is properly listed under your family group.
      • Ensure the consent process was completed using the same parent account that manages the family group.
    2. Remove or Update Child Account
      • If the child account is incorrectly linked, remove it from the family group and re-add it.
      • Confirm the child account’s birthdate is accurate. If incorrect, update it via Microsoft account settings.
    3. Clear Cached Data
      • Clear browser cache and cookies or try signing in from a different browser/device.

If the loop persists, contact Microsoft Family Safety support directly for assistance. Provide details such as the parent account email and child account email when reaching out.

Let me know how it goes.
