I am writing to request a refund for my Microsoft Office subscription.
I had intended to cancel my subscription before the renewal date. However, due to a mistake/unintentional oversight, the subscription was not cancelled in time, and my account was charged automatically.
I have not intentionally used the renewed subscription and would like to request a refund in accordance with Microsoft’s refund policy.
