Hi,
After creating a public identity I have been stuck "In Progress" for 3 weeks.
This is for a US company with an EIN issued in 2020, and a DUNS number that was also submitted on 15 Dec 2025. Reading this post: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5622244/identity-validation-stuck-in-progress I am hoping to DM an id to make progress on the validation step.
