    Hi Samy Ezzeldin,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Thank you for contacting to Microsoft Q&A Forum regarding the difficulties you are experiencing with multiple Microsoft accounts and installing Office 365 on your new laptop. The most effective way to resolve this situation permanently is to streamline your Microsoft account usage so that Office recognizes the correct subscription every time you install it.

Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Identify the Active Subscription: Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and confirm which account holds your valid Office 365 subscription.
    2. Use Only the Correct Account: When installing Office, ensure you are signed in with the account that has the active license. If you sign in with another account, the system may default to a trial version.
    3. Remove Conflicting Versions: Before reinstalling, uninstall any existing Office installations or trial versions from your laptop. Then reinstall Office using the installer linked to the correct subscription account.
    4. Consolidate Accounts: If multiple accounts are tied to the same email, consider consolidating or removing unused accounts. This will prevent future conflicts and simplify activation.
    5. Contact Support for Account Alignment: If you continue to face issues, reach out to Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Provide details of your subscriptions and accounts so they can assist with aligning them properly.

Following these steps will help ensure that your purchased licenses are recognized consistently and eliminate the need for repeated troubleshooting.

Hopefully my response gives you some useful direction toward fixing this.
