    Hi @Hasan Dursun

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A.

Just to clarify, are you trying to access the Outlook desktop app?

If yes, please re‑check whether your current plan is Exchange Online (Plan 1) or Microsoft 365 Business Standard.

As my research, Exchange Online Plan 1 only supports Outlook on the web and does not include the Outlook desktop application.

To use the Outlook desktop app with your work account, I recommend upgrading to a Microsoft 365 business plan that includes desktop applications, such as Microsoft 365 Business Standard.

If it’s not the scenario mentioned above and you’re actually experiencing an issue with a Microsoft 365 Business Standard license, and Outlook Web also isn’t working, could you let me know whether any error message appears, such as: “Mailbox not found”, “Your admin has not assigned you a license” or “Something went wrong – X-ClientError”

Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood your request. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.

To use Outlook with your Microsoft Business Standard Exchange plan, you need to ensure that your account is properly set up and that you have the necessary licenses. The Business Standard plan provides access to the desktop versions of Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook. If you're having trouble using Outlook, consider the following steps:

    1. Check Your License: Make sure that your account is correctly licensed for Outlook. You can verify this in your Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Set Up Outlook: If you haven't already, you may need to set up your email account in Outlook. You can do this by opening Outlook and following the prompts to add your email account.
    3. Troubleshooting: If Outlook is not functioning correctly, you might want to try repairing your Office installation or creating a new Outlook profile. This can often resolve issues related to connectivity or account setup.
    4. Support Resources: If problems persist, consider using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to diagnose and fix issues with Outlook.

If you continue to face issues, it may be helpful to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
