    Hi @Kheil Conocer

Thank you for reaching out to our Q&A forum.

If you want to access to someone's calendar, you will need to ask that person to grant you the permission to the calendar.

Ask them to go to Calendar, right click the calendar, choose Properties > Permission > Add.

    User's image

They can customize which actions you can do with their calendar. After the grant you the permission, you now can add it to your Outlook.

In Calendar, select Add Calendar, and then select Open Shared Calendar. Type a name in the Name box or select Name to select a name from the address book.

    I hope this information helps.

To request access to someone's calendar in Outlook, you typically need to send a sharing invitation or request access directly through the Outlook application. Here are the general steps you can follow:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
    2. Right-click on your calendar or select the Home tab.
    3. Choose Share Calendar or Share and then select Calendar.
    4. In the sharing invitation window, enter the email address of the person whose calendar you want to access.
    5. You can add a message explaining why you need access.
    6. Send the invitation.

The recipient will receive your request and can choose to grant or deny access to their calendar. If they grant access, you will be able to view their calendar based on the permissions they set.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to the documentation on sharing calendars in Outlook.
