Hello,

Please see this case number and all the notes lodged here - [moderator's note: PII removed]

We hereby request compensation for the Outlook outage and what damages it caused us and all our users.

A 1 year waived subscription is more than a reasonable level of compensation. Please comply with this.

    Dear Elliot

Thank you for your question and for sharing the details into Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I understand how disruptive an Outlook service outage can be for you and your users, and I appreciate you providing the case number for reference.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Because your request is related to compensation/service credits, the appropriate channel is Microsoft Support. Please kindly follow these steps below:

    • Visit to this link: Contact - Microsoft Support > Select Outlook
    • Select Get home support
    • Type your issue (use correct keyword to reach live chat support) > select Get help
    • Scroll down and find Contact Support
    • At the box Select your product or service
    • At the box Select your product category
    • After that you select Chat with a support agent in your web browser

To proceed, please contact Microsoft Support and share the Microsoft Support ticket number, this helps save time by allowing a quicker review of the case history and incident details, and reduces the need to re-collect the same information.

I sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Wishing you a great experience going forward.
