I have been billed twice a month for the last several months. In my account I am only showing 1 subscription. One is around 30 and the other around 16. The subscription shown is the $30 one. Why am I being charged an additional 16 each month?

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that second payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that second payment was for and get a refund.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a billing issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription. Here are a few potential reasons for the duplicate charges:

    1. Multiple Subscriptions: Even if your account shows only one subscription, there might be another account or subscription linked to your payment method that you are not aware of. It's worth checking if you have multiple accounts.
    2. Billing Frequency Changes: If you changed your billing frequency (e.g., from monthly to annual), this could lead to unexpected charges.
    3. License Changes: If you added or removed licenses, the charges for these changes may appear on your invoice for the next billing period.
    4. Pending Charges: Sometimes, pending charges from previous billing cycles can appear as additional charges.

To resolve this issue, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly. They can help you review your account and clarify why you are being charged twice.
