First, can you please try to sign in to your email on the web to confirm your password is correct? If web sign in works, open Outlook, go to File, Account Settings, Account Settings, select your account, then click Repair and follow the prompts. If repair fails, remove the account and add it again using File, Add Account. Let me know if that works.
