    Try these steps:

Clear Microsoft Store Cache: Open the Run dialog by pressing Win + R, type WSReset.exe, and hit Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache, which might resolve the issue.

    1. Repair Gaming Services: Navigate to [Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Gaming Services > Advanced Options > Repair]. Perform the same steps for the Xbox app.
    2. Update Windows: Ensure your Windows 11 is up to date by navigating to [Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates]. Sometimes, system updates resolve compatibility issues.
    3. Reinstall Gaming Services: Open PowerShell as an administrator and run the following commands:
      • get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
    4. start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN After reinstalling Gaming Services, restart your PC and try logging into the Xbox app again.

P.S (ensure you are signed into the same Microsoft account in both the Xbox App and Microsoft Store)
