My notifications keep popping up and won't go away - I have x'd them out, read them, dismissed them, etc. How do I turn them off completely. I don't want to see them anymore?

2026-03-15T16:33:34.76+00:00 To turn off notifications completely in Windows 11 and stop them from popping up:
- Open Settings on the PC.
- Go to System > Notifications (or use this shortcut if available: Notifications).
- At the top, turn the main Notifications switch to Off.
This disables all notification banners and sounds from apps and other senders.
If only certain apps are bothering you and full disable is not desired:
- Open Settings > System > Notifications.
- Under Notifications from apps and other senders, select each app that is sending unwanted alerts.
- Turn that app’s notifications Off, or turn off Show notification banners, Show notifications in notification center, and Play a sound for that app.
You can also reduce extra Windows tips and suggestions:
- In Settings > System > Notifications, expand Additional settings.
- Turn off:
- Show the Windows welcome experience after updates and when signed in to show what's new and suggested
- Get tips and suggestions when using Windows
After these changes, notifications should no longer appear.
