How long before i will be able to view and download my certificate for the AZ-800 Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure exam i completed on March 18 2026

For most Microsoft certification exams, results are available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for them to appear in the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile. Once the certification shows there, it can be viewed and printed/downloaded.

Since the AZ-800 exam was completed on March 18, 2026, the certificate should normally be visible and downloadable in the Learn profile within about 24 hours of completion. If it still does not appear after that time, a support ticket should be opened with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the certification record and fix any account issues.

To check and download once it’s available:

1. Sign in to https://learn.microsoft.com/ with the same account used for the exam.
2. Select Profile (top right) → Credentials → Certifications.
3. Select the AZ-800 certification → View Certification Details → Print (to save/print the certificate).

If the certificate is still missing after the normal processing time, contact Microsoft Credentials Support via https://aka.ms/credentialssupport so they can investigate.
