For GitHub Copilot exams such as GH-300, certifications and badges are managed and viewed through the Microsoft Learn profile, not a separate Certification Dashboard.
To find the GitHub Copilot certification:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to register for and take the exam.
- Go to the Credentials page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab(Credentials tab). - Look under the Certifications section for the GitHub Copilot certification (for example, GH-300 – GitHub Copilot).
- From there, view the certification and, if needed, print it or save it as a PDF. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; instead, use the browser’s print-to-PDF option as described in the credential sharing guidance at
https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate.
If the GitHub Copilot certification does not appear after 24–48 hours from passing the exam, use Certification Support to investigate missing certifications:
- Follow the guidance under “Missing certifications” at
https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications. - If still unresolved, open a support request with Certification Support so they can check the exam record and link it to the Learn profile.
For older training or if the certification still cannot be found, submit a support request via the Credentials support options so the support team can locate or restore access to the credential.
