In Outlook polls that use Microsoft Forms, individual responses (who voted for which option) are visible in Microsoft Forms, not directly in the email.

To see which participant voted for each option:

    1. Open the poll email in Outlook.
    2. In the voting card in the message body, select View in Forms.
    3. This opens the poll on https://forms.office.com, where detailed responses are shown.
    4. In Forms, review the response details to see each responder and their selected option(s).

If recipients only see a link instead of the embedded voting card, they can still vote via the browser, and those responses will also appear in the detailed view on Forms.

    Hi Mario Guzman Robles,

I understand you want to see exactly which participant selected each option in the poll, not only the overall totals.

The answer from Q&A Assist is generally correct. For Outlook polls that use Microsoft Forms, the detailed responses are viewed in Microsoft Forms rather than directly from the poll card in the email. Please open the poll email, select View in Forms, and then review the responses there. In Microsoft Forms, you can use Check individual results to see each respondent’s details, or More details to see the respondent's name and answer for a specific question.

If you prefer to review everything in a list, you can also use Open results in Excel in Microsoft Forms. That opens the poll responses in a spreadsheet, which can make it easier to review participant names together with their selected answers. Check and share your form results - Microsoft Support

For reference, the Microsoft support articles that describe this are Create a poll in Outlook, which explains using View in Forms for detailed poll responses, and Check and share your form results or View results of your form, which explain Check individual results, More details, and exporting results to Excel. Create a poll in Outlook - Microsoft Support

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors can only guide based on the documented behavior of Outlook and Microsoft Forms.

I hope this helps clarify where to check the individual poll responses.
