iam recently refer my two friends they are using app and earning rewards but refer points that is 500+500 total 1000 points that points are not credited to my account pls complete issue

When you refer a friend to Microsoft Rewards, the Rewards team first needs to verify that the referral is valid and that the referred user meets the program requirements. Ask your friend to continue using Bing as their daily search engine and remain active with their Microsoft account. Once the referral is successfully verified, any eligible pending points should be credited to your account.

Please note that the verification process can take some time, so the points may not appear immediately. I recommend waiting a few days and checking your Rewards dashboard periodically for updates.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed and the points still have not been awarded, your last resort would be to contact Microsoft Rewards Support directly so they can review the referral status and determine whether the points are eligible to be granted: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Referral bonus issues for Microsoft Rewards cannot be fixed from the device or app side. Only the Microsoft Rewards Support team can review the account and adjust points if eligible.

To resolve missing referral points:

1. Confirm that all accounts (yours and your friends’) are Microsoft Rewards-eligible in the same supported region and that everyone is signed in with their Microsoft account when using Bing, Edge, or the Rewards app.
2. Make sure your friends are actually earning points (searching with Bing, using the app, etc.), as shown in their Rewards dashboards.
3. If points still do not appear, contact Microsoft Rewards Support so they can check the account and referral activity:
   • Go to the Rewards Support page: https://rewards.bing.com/support
   • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for Rewards.
   • Submit a ticket describing that referral points (500 + 500) were not credited.

Only the Rewards Support team can investigate and correct missing points or account-specific issues.
