Hello,

I am currently unable to access Microsoft Forms using my UC San Diego account. When I try to open Forms, I receive the following error message:

"Our organization has not enabled Microsoft Forms for your current account. Please contact your administrator for access, or sign in with a different account and try again."

I have already submitted a request to UC San Diego ITS regarding this issue, but I wanted to reach out as well in case there is anything else that can be done or if additional information is needed from me.

Could you please assist me with restoring access to Microsoft Forms or let me know what steps I should take next?

    Hi Barcena, Clarissa

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on the error message you provided, it appears that Microsoft Forms has not been enabled for your account. Since your account is provided and managed by your organization, only your organization's IT administrator can review and change this setting.

As you mentioned that you have already contacted your organization's IT support, I recommend continuing to work with them, as they have the necessary administrative permissions to verify whether Microsoft Forms is enabled for your organization and your account.

You may also share the following Microsoft documentation with your IT administrator for guidance on enabling Microsoft Forms: Turn off or turn on Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Forms Admin | Microsoft Learn

I hope this information helps. If you have any updates or additional questions, please feel free to let me know.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
