Hi community, I've just started using Viva Insights at work - is it possible to get past data - up to 6 months ago? Thanks

    According to Microsoft documentation, Viva Insights initially collects and processes 13 months of collaboration data. Through ongoing weekly refreshes, the available history can increase until 27 months of collaboration data has been collected. For Microsoft 365 Copilot metrics, the history is limited to 13 months.

    Therefore, 6 months of historical data would generally fall within the documented data collection period. The amount of historical information visible to an individual user can vary depending on the Viva Insights experience being used, when Viva Insights was enabled for the account, and the organization's configuration and privacy settings.
