Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
Hi Deborah,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.Based on your description, I understand that you only want to allow bookings within an 8-day period and do not want to allow bookings on any other dates.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open your Shared Booking page.
Step 2: Go to Services > Edit Service.
Step 3: Under Availability Options, locate General Availability and select Not bookable.
Step 4: Click Set a different availability for date range.
Then, select the date range during which you want customers to be able to make bookings.
After completing these steps, please wait approximately 10 minutes for the system to finish updating the settings, then check again.
Note: If there are any staff days off within the 8-day period, you will need to configure the staff working hours accordingly so that the desired dates appear as Available for customers to book.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
